Skills

  • High proficiency in design software such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Sketch, and Figma
  • Excellent working knowledge of Google applications
  • Strong digital retouching skills with Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficiency in drafting vector assets (icons, logos, UI) with Adobe Illustrator
  • Ability to package and preflight files for media partners and printers
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with digital content including websites, social media, online advertising, and email campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate compelling and creative branding for Ofelos Group and our clients
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, writers, and creative professionals to deliver high-quality, innovative work
  • Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, development) to ensure creative solutions align with overall business strategies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Brand Designer or in a similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in brand design or graphic design
  • Demonstrated experience leading design projects and teams
