  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience with automation software platforms (e.g., Blue Prism, Power Automate) preferred
  • Experience in project or program management within the financial sector
  • Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe) are an advantage
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional or relevant industry designation preferred
