Skills

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise software/IT services sales
  • At least 5 years in a pure new business (hunter) role, ideally focused on the manufacturing vertical
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience leading executive-level conversations
  • Proven experience crafting client-specific solutions in collaboration with delivery and presales teams
  • Career stability with an average tenure of 3–5 years per employer
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to travel based on business needs

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle - from opportunity identification through contract signing
  • Deliver recognized revenue in the range of USD \(5M–\)10M annually through strategic deal-making
  • Develop relationships with senior executives (CIO, CTO, COO, etc.) at manufacturing companies across the U.S.
  • Identify whitespace accounts and translate industry challenges into solution-based conversations
  • Coordinate with solution architects, delivery leaders, and partner networks to build winning proposals
  • Maintain pipeline health and provide accurate revenue projections regularly
  • Represent the firm at industry forums, virtual events, and in strategic partnerships

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise software/IT services sales
  • Career stability with an average tenure of 3–5 years per employer
  • Must have worked exclusively in IT services firms (not product companies)
