Skills

• Proficiency in ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and C#
• Experience with Visual Studio ²⁰¹⁰⁄₂₀₁₃
• Knowledge of JQuery, JSON, AJAX, and MVC 4.0 Framework
• Familiarity with SQL Server ²⁰⁰⁸⁄₂₀₁₂ for designing and developing Stored Procedures, Triggers, and User Defined Functions
• Understanding of HTML5, XML, XSLT, CSS
• Experience with WEB API and/or Web Services

Responsibilities

• Write application code meeting defined requirements and adhering to documented design
• Perform unit and integration testing on application code
• Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
• Collaborate with technical team members, business analysts, and SMEs to analyze systems problems
• Document system design and changes appropriately
• Provide impact analysis on proposed upgrades and enhancements
• Assist system and acceptance testers in troubleshooting issues
• Report issues and status to management as directed
• Ensure compliance with coding standards during development

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development
• Proven experience in application coding and testing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or foreign equivalent)
