Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients/customers and internal stakeholders to understand and prioritize strategies and objectives.
  • Track and guide the RAVE process across direct reports, reinforcing value creation measurement.
  • Manage and mentor a small group of Category Managers and Analysts in Category Management principles.
  • Identify, develop, and present insight-driven thought leadership and analysis.
  • Act as a Strategic Thought Partner, driving insights into action through deep analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Math, Statistics, or Economics (or equivalent job-related experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Category Management role within the CPG industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets and a strong appetite for analytics
  • Quick learner with excellent prioritization skills
