Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Civil CAD Engineering/Design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Infrastructure Suite, or MicroStation.
• Experience with site development documents for the City of Columbus or ODOT.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Create plan and profile drawings.
• Read underground utility plans and/or road plans.
• Develop plans using contour data, surfaces, and alignments in AutoCAD.
• Provide drafting support for the design of civil engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with project team members to complete design tasks and produce construction documents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Civil CAD engineering/design.
• Professional Engineer’s License (PE) for the State of Ohio is required.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET accredited College or University is required.

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Professional Engineer’s License (PE) for the State of Ohio is required.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Civil CAD Engineering/Design.
