• 15+ years of experience in utility engineering design and construction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan and execute complex tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost opinions for water and sewer infrastructure
• Oversee the development of utility master plans and conduct hydraulic modeling
• Engage in business development and proposal preparation
• Deliver project management services, including contract management and client interactions

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related field
• California P.E. license in Civil Engineering
• Experience in various civil engineering infrastructure projects such as water utilities, wastewater treatment, and pump stations

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
