• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
• Proficiency in managing Electronically Stored Information (ESI) discovery
• Knowledge of compliance with Illinois Court Rules and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Ability to stay up to date with legal technology and litigation software

Responsibilities

• Handle state and federal civil and business litigation cases
• Work across various practice areas, including insurance litigation, banking, and foreclosure
• Research, draft, and argue motions in court
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the Illinois Bar
• A proactive, client-focused mindset
