We are seeking a dynamic, Experienced Engineer for our Construction Engineering Services. The ideal candidate will be a part of a growing team that supports all aspects of the construction process by performing innovative design engineering. This includes brainstorming conceptual designs, executing and reviewing structural calculations, developing plans, scheduling tasks to meet client needs, and mitigating risk to keep our construction crews safe.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: \(90K-\)140K (depending upon experience and skill level).

Skills

• Experience with temporary structures and/or construction engineering
• Strong all-around academic knowledge of structural engineering
• Experience with engineering design software, including AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Civil 3D, and Finite Element Analysis Software
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Ability to organize and handle multiple project assignments
• Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments
• US Citizen
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive

Responsibilities

• Perform innovative design engineering throughout the construction process
• Brainstorm and develop conceptual designs
• Execute and review structural calculations
• Develop plans and schedule tasks to meet client needs
• Mitigate risks to ensure the safety of construction crews

Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master’s degree or greater in Structural Engineering is preferred
• 5 - 10 years of relevant engineering experience
• Professional Engineer licensure or eligibility within the United States
