Responsibilities

• Ensure all Third Party contracts comply with corporate, state, federal, and regulatory requirements
• Collect and evaluate due diligence on Third Parties
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key business partners
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle from negotiation to compliance
• Assist Legal with the review of Third Party contract templates
• Perform annual contract reviews and facilitate necessary renewals
• Maintain appropriate documentation and approvals
• Ensure agreements meet service levels, quality standards, and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school or good standing with at least one US state bar
• 5+ years of experience in contract management or related field
