Description
The Senior Counsel for Business Development will report to the Head of the Business Development Legal Team. This position provides strategic legal support to corporate management, business unit leaders, and Legal management. The primary responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex M&A/JV agreements and offering legal counsel and transactional support to the Business Development organization. The role involves advising on complex M&A transactions, including the establishment of strategic alliances, joint ventures, investments in start-up companies, and asset acquisition and disposition transactions, both domestic and international, as well as on various corporate, finance, and commercial matters.
