Description

The Senior Counsel will operate in a generalist capacity, supporting designated businesses under the guidance of the Deputy Chief Counsel. This position involves conducting legal research with minimal supervision, preparing written opinions based on that research, and guiding the effective resolution of legal issues. The Senior Counsel will examine various documents and data, providing counsel to all management levels, including senior management, on the best courses of action.
