The Senior Counsel Finance will serve as a trusted partner to the company’s Product, Business, Compliance, and Finance teams. This role involves collaborating effectively and establishing strong lines of communication within the organization. You will structure, negotiate, and draft complex fintech, payments, crypto, and tech transactions, addressing legal risks in business-centric ways to strengthen partnerships and advance opportunities. Additionally, you will support the creation and expansion of contract templates and terms of use to reflect new and existing products and services.
