The Senior Counsel will provide ongoing legal counseling across a diverse range of legal areas, including intellectual property, digital media, privacy, and regulatory compliance. This role involves structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex technology, distribution, licensing, marketing, and other commercial agreements. Additionally, you will manage a small legal team that supports these areas. Some travel will be required.
