The Senior Counsel will provide strategic guidance and support on all legal matters related to the Solutions and stem cell lines of business. This role involves overseeing the negotiation and drafting of significant strategic and operational commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, sales, and non-disclosure agreements. You will proactively assess legal risks to the business and collaborate with management to devise and implement systems and solutions for risk management, including preventive training and communications.
