The Senior Counsel, Litigation Claims position involves litigating cases to verdict while demonstrating strong trial skills. This role requires specialization in one or more areas of practice and necessitates strong legal research, writing, and presentation skills. The successful candidate will draft substantive pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents, as well as build and foster internal and external client relationships with a customer-centric focus.
