Description

The Senior Counsel, Product and Privacy will play a critical role in advising cross-functional stakeholders on matters relating to product, intellectual property, privacy, and security compliance, as well as overall business strategy. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing legal strategies and policies aimed at mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR and CPRA. Additionally, this role involves leading the intellectual property strategy and providing guidance on various intellectual property issues, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and open-source matters.
