The Lead Senior Counsel Commercial Underwriter will provide essential underwriting support, counsel, and authorization to company personnel, agents, and customers regarding the issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies. Utilizing established underwriting standards and guidelines within delegated authority limits, the candidate will be responsible for underwriting the issuance of title insurance. Additionally, guidance will be provided to company personnel in the execution of real estate settlement services.
