The Senior Counsel, Securities will manage global M&A, strategic investments, debt transactions, and other strategic transactions. This role involves drafting Letters of Intent (LOIs), standardizing due diligence execution across teams, negotiating deal agreements, handling outside counsel as needed, and coordinating post-close matters. Additionally, you will prepare board and committee meeting materials, plan the annual meeting of stockholders, work alongside the CEO to prepare Board updates, and assist in initiatives to improve governance across compensation and finance teams.
