Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in product, customer, and operations analytics using tools like Mixpanel, Heap, Amplitude, etc.
• Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and statistical programming (Python and/or R).
• 3+ years of experience in working with large datasets, data modeling, and data pipelines using tools such as Databricks, DBT, Looker, Snowflake, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in creating engaging, narrative data presentations using visualization tools.
• Strong project management experience and skills.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of analytical capabilities, producing in-depth analyses of product usage and customer experiences.
• Create and update key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to monitor progress towards achieving objectives and goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer, and Engineering teams to establish a robust data and analytical foundation, encompassing data pipelines, quality assurance checks, and automated reporting.
• Evaluate, select, and implement data analytics tools to solve business problems and facilitate critical decision-making.
• Communicate actionable insights effectively through data storytelling techniques to inform product and business partners.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product, customer, and operations analytics using tools like Mixpanel, Heap, Amplitude, etc.
• Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and statistical programming (Python and/or R).
