Skills

• Proficiency with Pyspark, Python, and power analyses
• Expertise in segmentation and A/B/n testing
• Strong background in determining sample sizes and statistical evaluation methods
• Experience with data science in-market testing frameworks
• Familiarity with Loyalty Programs and consulting environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the optimization of testing strategies to deliver better business outcomes and enhanced decision-making
• Assess the potential P&L impact of new Loyalty Program features, ensuring ROI maximization and effective risk management
• Improve decision-making through testing outcomes that balance rigor with speed and scope
• Develop measurable KPIs to track business performance, such as onboard spend or rebooking rates
• Define the best groups for testing, ensuring feasibility and alignment with strategic goals
• Use Power Analysis to determine appropriate sample sizes and test durations
• Utilize clustering and optimization techniques to select test/control groups
• Quantify the business benefit of tests by analyzing guest behavior, both in the short-term and long-term

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in IT with a strong background in data science, testing, and analytics
• Experience with data science in-market testing frameworks and ideally, working with Loyalty Programs
• Experience working with large consulting or system integrator firms, especially in client-facing roles
• Desirable background in the Travel & Hospitality industry is a plus

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
