This executive-level role is tailored for a strategic construction leader who excels in complex, fast-paced project environments while upholding operational excellence, safety, and sustainability.

The successful candidate will oversee projects from demolition planning through to final site closeout, managing multi-million-dollar landmark demolition projects and influencing organizational and project-level strategy at the highest level.

  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Oversee all project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and closeout packages
  • Collaborate closely with estimating and preconstruction teams for precise planning
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to safeguard schedules and budgets

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven experience managing large-scale demolition projects
  • Experience with complex commercial or industrial structures
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and high-profile contracts
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage high-performing teams

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
