Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level digital projects including ERP, order management, fulfillment, eCommerce, and platform integrations
• Develop, mentor, and guide software developers and digital transformation engineers
• Serve as an internal consultant to identify process gaps and implement scalable, automated digital solutions
• Manage external vendors and offshore development teams; ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Write and maintain Python scripts to automate data workflows, API integrations, and reporting
• Partner with Finance and Operations to build data reports, reconcile inventory, and optimize analytics
• Evaluate technology vendors and make recommendations
• Build business cases with ROI analysis to support digital investment decisions
• Oversee multiple company websites, domains, and analytics tools while ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance
• Collaborate with IT and Help Desk partners to document infrastructure and ensure business continuity

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital transformation or related field
• Proven experience in leading enterprise-level projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in mentoring and guiding teams
