We are seeking a passionate and experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in expanding existing business and acquiring new business within named accounts. This individual will be responsible for account management and stakeholder management for designated accounts in the role of Senior Director / AVP – Account Management.

Skills

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in ITES
  • Experience with Tech companies in Client Relationship Management/Account Management
  • Ability to connect and work with business, procurement, and vendor management organizations
  • Proven experience of successful client relationship management
  • Assertive and consultative sales acumen
  • Strong understanding of market trends and ability to create comprehensive go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in implementing best practice sales methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts in a geo or vertical unit selling all service lines
  • Drive KPIs and SLA’s while increasing adoption
  • Lead customer relationships as the portfolio leader
  • Provide delivery oversight to fulfill contractual obligations
  • Develop account plans and execute sales growth strategies
  • Provide market feedback to executive management
  • Identify and implement comprehensive business development strategies
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements
  • Drive sales excellence and customer satisfaction in collaboration with delivery organization

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of growing existing business
  • Ability to map new LOB’s/stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of industry business trends
  • Ability to work their way up the value chain through proactive proposals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience Requirements

  • At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in ITES
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management/Account Management
