Skills

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O SCM experience.
• Deep understanding of supply chain management principles, processes, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successful D365 F&O SCM implementations and functional consulting.
• Proficiency in data migration, integration, and data management within D365 F&O.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct collaborative analysis and requirements gathering sessions with team members and clients.
• Translate client processes and requirements into a tailored D365 F&O SCM solution.
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within client operations.
• Develop and document specifications for customizations.
• Lead solution implementation, training, and deployment in functional supply chain areas.
• Conduct system testing workshops and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare documentation for all client engagements.
• Build and manage client relationships by delivering high-quality service.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and developers.
• Participate in project planning, review, status, and retrospective meetings.
• Continuously update expertise through self-study and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience implementing and/or using D365 F&O in supply chain modules.
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Understanding of Azure services.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
