The Senior Electrical Engineer will be a critical member of our multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm, specializing in water infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater treatment plants and pump stations. This position will be based in our Los Angeles, CA office. We are seeking an experienced professional with proven leadership and technical skills who enjoys tackling complex projects while mentoring and training electrical staff engineers.

Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 10 years of relevant electrical engineering consulting experience
• At least 5 years of experience in water infrastructure engineering projects
• Proven leadership and team/project management experience
• Proficient in analyzing electrical drawings and preparing specifications and reports
• Ability to perform QA/QC reviews of electrical drawings
• Experience with computer-assisted engineering software
• California Registered Professional Engineer license (Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects related to water infrastructure
• Mentor and train electrical staff engineers
• Ensure QA/QC oversight on engineering deliverables
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions
• Prepare and review electrical specifications, drawings, and reports
