The Senior Systems Analyst will spearhead the enhancement of standard processes within the IQMS ERP (now known as DELMIAworks) and related applications. This role aims to scale business operations, refine existing practices, and accommodate new business requirements. A thorough understanding of core business systems, including IQMS and/or Oracle, is essential, covering areas such as manufacturing, planning, purchasing, finance, and reporting.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of in-depth experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks across various modules
• Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks
• Strong experience in designing and developing Crystal Reports
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Solid experience working in manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with multiple ERP systems and multi-ERP environments (Nice to have)
• Experience with other reporting tools and business intelligence systems (Nice to have)
• Familiarity with SQL Queries and/or Oracle (Nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Perform systems setups and configurations to support business operations
• Design and develop Crystal Reports for various business needs
• Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Implement and support IQMS applications and solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly
• Ensure data integrity and security across all systems
• Travel up to 25% to various locations as needed for project implementation and support
• Lead the development and implementation of various ERP modules in consultation with business leaders
• Gather, analyze, and document functional/technical requirements for new projects and enhancements to existing solutions
• Create, manage, and perform system-testing activities for releases and upgrades
• Document system configurations and system application test protocols
• Establish standards for the use of IQMS within the business
• Work with stakeholders to leverage ERP capabilities to drive efficiencies and accurate reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis or related fields
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in ERP implementations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
