• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active and in-good-standing admission to the Florida Bar
• Experience in family law litigation
• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division
• Strategically oversee cases from start to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials throughout the Central Florida area
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and compassionate communication
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering their professional development
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategic approaches for achieving favorable client outcomes

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Experience in family law litigation
