We are seeking a Senior Manager to drive business and commercial performance across a state or multi-state field unit. This role involves developing strong, long-term partnerships with clients’ local counterparts and distributor networks. You will manage a team of customer-facing Ambassadors, Advisors, and Educators who are responsible for driving brand and commercial initiatives for a large portfolio of spirit brands in both on and off-premise accounts within designated markets.

Reporting to the Program Performance Director, the Senior Manager will assess and report on field activities to division leadership and ensure the execution of agency policies in the field.

Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation range for this role is between \(114,000.00-\)135,000.00 annually, depending on factors such as prior employment history, job-related skills, and geographic location. This position is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable plan terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce and monitor all legal and marketing code guidelines
  • Hire, onboard, and develop the local on-premise team
  • Maintain regular communication with clients
  • Oversee financial responsibilities for the local unit
  • Plan, track, and implement brand engagement strategies
  • Lead key initiatives and training within the agency
  • Identify and leverage market opportunities
  • Collaborate with complementary client programs
  • Travel within the assigned territory
  • Highlight team successes and support local initiatives

Qualifications

  • College degree (4-year) in Communications, Marketing, or Business
  • 7-9 years of experience in the spirits industry (agency experience preferred)
  • Field-based management experience is a plus
  • Proven strong customer relationship experience
  • Deep understanding of market trends and competition
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
