Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain impactful financial analyses and analytics through KPIs and dashboards to support senior management decisions
  • Develop reporting and analytical deliverables that provide transparency into investment performance
  • Manage and coordinate capital planning activities with the Facilities Asset Management Executive Leadership Team
  • Prepare senior management reporting packages, including budget approvals and cash flow forecasting
  • Drive technological innovation within asset management through proactive analytics
  • Assist with the monthly accounting close and support public reporting and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, internal auditing, tax, and legal teams
  • Participate in various ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Technology with a focus on Finance/Projects partnership, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, asset management, or project management
  • Strong character and flexible style to work with diverse individuals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the commitment to collaboratively grow our platform
  • Public company experience is a plus

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, asset management, or project management
