The Senior Financial Analyst will play a vital role in supporting compensation and headcount planning, reporting, and forecasting. This position involves close collaboration with the Finance and HR teams and will report directly to the VP of Compensation & Headcount. The ideal candidate will be skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for compensation & headcount
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly financial reviews and variance analysis
  • Maintain accurate headcount and compensation data
  • Support bonus and incentive compensation analysis
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 2–4+ years of finance or accounting experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Master’s degree preferred but not required
