Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Financial Analyst to join our growing organization. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting financial information, identifying key trends, and providing strategic recommendations. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Accounting team to support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including analyzing receivables balances, identifying root causes, and recommending appropriate accruals/reserves. Assist in ensuring the smooth operations of Revenue Management by proactively addressing any bottlenecks that may impact customers or financial statements. Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective revenue-related business controls and best practices. Support the enhancement of Sarbanes Oxley controls pertaining to Billing and Financial Reporting processes. Actively participate in internal and external audits, examinations, and walk-throughs. Lead or assist in the development of daily, weekly, and monthly actionable information tools and reports that provide valuable insights to stakeholders across various organizational levels. Gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, including Billing, Eligibility, sales compensation, and account installation, in order to develop simplified and insightful analytical and reporting solutions. Analyze complex financial data, identify trends, variances, and key issues, and provide clear and concise recommendations for presenting data and trends. Contribute to the planning and execution of complex projects, taking the lead when necessary. Qualifications: High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business management or accounting preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio). Ability to effectively communicate complex financial and accounting concepts in both written and verbal forms. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity, conflict, and adapt to team dynamics in a remote work environment. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal partners at different levels. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Experience in a Billing/Receivables operation is a plus, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end billing cycle. Familiarity with insurance products, procedures, and systems related to the specific functional area is advantageous. Reliable cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required for remote work.
