Skills

• At least 10 years of experience in conventional underwriting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with FHA loans
• Active D.E./CHUMS ID required
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending preferred
• VA credit and SAR qualification required

Responsibilities

• Underwriting FHA and VA loans within company-specified limits (signing authority)
• Comprehensive understanding of FHA/VA guidelines, FHA Connection, and VA WebLGY
• Collaborating with the team to ensure accurate and timely loan underwriting
