Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining production software systems and identity solutions
• Strong technical expertise in application design, architecture, network security, and data architectures
• Expertise in identity management technologies, protocols, and standards
• In-depth knowledge of identity standards like OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, etc.
• Extensive experience in designing modern web applications and APIs
• Solid understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization protocols
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, React, Next.js, and Node.js
• Strong understanding of advanced design patterns for efficient code implementation
• Experience with HTTP, REST APIs, and developing web services/microservices
• Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, modern database technologies, and frameworks like Hibernate
• Experience with MVC frameworks and design patterns, such as Spring

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and architects to design scalable, secure, and customizable identity solutions
• Partner with leadership teams across various departments to propose and refine new features
• Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Provide technical guidance on best practices and emerging trends
• Enhance system performance and quality by developing frameworks and reducing technical debt
• Identify areas for API optimization and improve overall system efficiency
• Influence technical decision-making through clear and actionable advice
• Stay updated on industry standards and contribute insights to shape our CIAM platform roadmap
• Drive collaboration among team members to resolve complex problems
• Work with business teams to design and implement data-driven experiments and A/B tests

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise and a proven track record in software systems and identity solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable software designs
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
