Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of defense litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
• Proficiency in trial presentation software such as Trial Director
• Familiarity with CaseMap, TextMap, and TimeMap is beneficial
• Experience with legal research tools such as WestLaw, Lexis/Nexis, and Accurint
• Excellent multitasking abilities and capacity to manage multiple cases
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

• Support multiple cases simultaneously
• Handle billing and time entry
• Draft legal documents and prepare discovery, including e-Discovery
• Manage records requests, review, and document redaction
• Vet experts and conduct background searches
• Assist in mediation and trial preparation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in litigation support and legal procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Paralegal Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
