The Project Coordinator serves as a senior-level IT project coordinator for various information technology projects. This role operates as a PMO resource, supporting DTMB managers, supervisors, and staff involved in application maintenance and development. Key responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and overseeing project schedules that are logic and resource-driven. The coordinator maintains the change control process, manages and tracks changes in project scope, and identifies project issues and risks for escalation to senior management as necessary. Monitoring project performance, reporting status, and facilitating the creation of action plans to ensure adherence to project schedules are crucial components of this role. Furthermore, the coordinator interacts with various teams to maintain project schedules and related documentation, assists in information gathering, budget analysis, project estimating, and procurement, and provides support on special projects while promoting compliance with the State Unified Information Technology Environment (SUITE).
