The Senior Attorney Litigation will play a critical role in managing and overseeing legal matters within our organization. This position involves preparing pleadings, motions, briefs, letters, memoranda, reports, appeals, and other legal documents using our legal case management software. You will also direct and undertake discovery practices, including depositions and expert selection, while maintaining clear communication with clients and claims personnel regarding the status of ongoing legal matters.
