Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation defense docket from onset to conclusion
• Conduct numerous depositions of witnesses
• Prepare witnesses for hearings and trials
• Summarize deposition and trial transcripts and exhibits
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their needs are met

Qualifications

• 5-10 years litigation experience in truck/transportation defense
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• License to practice in Texas
• Strong legal document drafting and analysis skills
• Proven litigation skills within a law firm
