The Mechanical Engineer will take the lead on various mechanical and parts redesign projects, managing assigned product codes and an Engineering Action Request (EAR) queue. This role involves collaborating closely with Purchasing, Suppliers, and Engineering colleagues to identify alternative solutions for mechanical parts that are on back order. The successful candidate will also manage and report on key project milestones and may work directly with dealers or customers for part fit-up activities. This position will focus on building an existing framework while establishing a forward-thinking approach for long-term support of mechanical parts used in Agriculture (AG) and Construction (CE) off-road equipment.

  • Experience with a global cross-functional team, preferably in the Agricultural or Construction industry

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Applied Science, Mechanical Engineering, AG Systems, or Automotive Technology
  • Associates degree may be considered based on extensive field experience
