Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships
  • Engage proactively with clients through inbound and outbound calls
  • Assess client needs and structure optimal loan offers
  • Manage loan applications accurately in CRM/LOS
  • Collect and verify borrower qualification documents
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with borrowers
  • Partner with customer relationship managers to resolve issues
  • Maintain compliance with lending laws and uphold loan quality standards
  • Meet and exceed loan production and quality performance goals

Qualifications

  • Active MLO License with NMLS SAFE Act compliance (4+ licenses preferred)
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in a high-volume call center
  • Expertise in structuring and pricing loans
  • Extensive knowledge of Non-QM loan products
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Bilingual (read, write, speak) in Spanish, a plus

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2-3 years of relevant sales experience in a call center environment
