1 Source is seeking a skilled Network/VoIP Engineer to work in collaboration with other contractors and federal staff at the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). The primary focus of this role is to enhance and maintain the network infrastructure, encompassing voice, data, and video systems.

Skills

  • VoIP experience.
  • Cisco VoIP configuration, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Experience with CUCM and UCCX for call center configuration.
  • Cisco Video Teleconferencing experience.
  • Familiarity with VPN technologies.
  • Knowledge of network monitoring technologies, Windows Servers, workstations, and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the voice and video infrastructure.
  • Analyze and monitor call quality and resolve voice issues.
  • Configure Cisco UCCX scripts.
  • Provide auxiliary support for Cisco routers and switches.
  • Ensure connectivity between TTB Headquarters and remote field offices/users during exercises and contingency operations.
  • Resolve highly complex network interoperability problems.
  • Research and assess new technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the networking field.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in networking, with specific experience in VoIP technology and Cisco systems.
  • Must be willing to occasionally travel or work after hours.
  • Active Public Trust clearance (Secret clearance can also be accommodated).
