We’re looking for experienced Non-QM Senior Mortgage Loan Officers to join our virtual team. You’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences, guiding clients through the intricacies of the mortgage process with expertise and care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch customer service, building strong relationships.
  • Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Accurately input borrower information and maintain detailed profiles.
  • Collect and review borrower documentation while ensuring accuracy.
  • Partner with customer relationship managers to resolve challenges.
  • Consistently meet and surpass customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • A valid MLO License and compliance with the NMLS SAFE Act with 4 or more active licenses.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in a high-volume call center.
  • In-depth knowledge of Non-QM products, with knowledge of Conventional, government, refinance and purchase, HELOC, & Seconds as a plus.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or a related field is a plus.

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • MLO License.

Experience Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales within a high-volume call center.
  • Proven knowledge of the mortgage industry, especially Non-QM products.
