• Develop and implement improvements in the contracting process
• Monitor agreements throughout their lifecycle
• Advise internal teams on processes and contract status
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices
• Work on additional legal projects as necessary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and management
• Strong critical thinking skills and business judgment
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Paralegal certification preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in contract management within the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry.
