Compensation and Benefits

The expected hiring compensation range for this position is \(98,000 - \)139,900 annually, with a bonus target of 15% of the base salary, subject to performance.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in the financial, investment, or insurance industry, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Strong commitment to service excellence
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level individuals
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Smartsheet and Workfront is a plus
  • Curiosity and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must obtain a Life Insurance License within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce responses to RFPs, ensuring high-quality proposals are submitted on time
  • Act as project manager for each transaction, coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution
  • Manage the PRT deal pipeline and conduct detailed analyses of RFPs
  • Support the development of pricing strategies and present recommendations to senior management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with PRT intermediaries
  • Respond to stakeholder requests and manage expectations
  • Prepare visually appealing and innovative documents that align with our brand and values
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and relevant regulations
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing knowledge within the team
  • This position is hybrid, with occasional travel to our Stamford or Maryland office for major team events and training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, actuarial science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage large-scale projects
  • Capacity to understand complex technical content and translate it into accessible information for clients
  • Proven experience in Pension Risk Transfer is a plus
