The Sr Product Designer will play a crucial role in crafting consumer-facing digital experiences for new to market products. You will work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, strategically partnering with product managers and engineers. This position requires the ability to turn insights and data into design decisions that influence product and business strategies, while building engaging experiences across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and mobile web.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in agency, startup, or early-stage product environments
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Zeplin, and Jira
  • Expertise in UX, information hierarchy, and customer journey mapping
  • Strong visual design competency and attention to detail
  • Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts and solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with team leads and internal stakeholders to create empathetic, simple, and human-centric design solutions
  • Work collaboratively with other designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for consumer-facing websites and mobile apps
  • Own product features through launch, ensuring delivery of a meaningful and quality experience
  • Develop, use, and maintain a design system for consistent branding across digital experiences
  • Solicit and give feedback during design reviews and standups
  • Participate in design workshops for innovative problem-solving

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing and mentoring other designers
  • Ability to turn insights and data into impactful design decisions
  • Strong understanding of both user needs and business goals

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
