Compensation and Benefits

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, business development, or project management, preferably in manufacturing or packaging of cosmetics, personal care, food, or pharmaceutical products
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proven track record of leading projects through full development lifecycles
  • Knowledge of product development and contract manufacturing processes
  • Confident and decisive with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence teams and processes without direct authority
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively across various levels of an organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Flexibility to adjust work hours based on business or customer priorities

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to gather detailed project briefs
  • Work with the costing team to ensure timely and accurate project quotes
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to track submission progress and manage budgets
  • Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to secure raw materials and components
  • Support customer service teams in the coordination of initial product runs
  • Communicate project status, financial health, risks, and key dependencies
  • Identify potential roadblocks related to budgets, resources, or timelines
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize workloads in alignment with business goals
  • Contribute to process improvements and share best practices
  • Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of product development
  • Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture within the product development team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, business development, or project management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proven track record of leading projects through full development lifecycles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence teams and processes without direct authority

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
