We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, create impactful products, and ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers. This is a hybrid position for candidates near San Diego, CA, or a fully remote opportunity for individuals located outside of California.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in software/SaaS or a related technology field
• Proven success building products for iOS, Android, and web platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile methodology and documenting product requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to identify and address customer needs
• Deeply understand user needs through research and collaboration with customer-facing teams
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to define the vision, roadmap, and goals for our products
• Work in an agile environment, partnering with engineering and QA to design, build, test, and launch new product releases
• Create and manage the product roadmap, leading feature prioritization to ensure alignment with customer and business objectives
• Establish and track key metrics to measure product success, usage, retention, and engagement
