The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and lifecycle of integration adapters for prominent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow. Compensation and Benefits

The US base salary range for this role is \(95,000–\)208,600 USD. The total compensation package may include bonuses, stock options, and other incentives.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud software product management.
  • 2+ years in Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS).
  • Proven expertise in CRM/CSM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Zendesk, or Oracle.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering innovative software solutions.
  • Experience building applications on public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
  • Strong ability to collaborate across globally distributed teams and organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of CRM integration adapters, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and product lifecycle management.
  • Develop, validate, and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with CRM vendor product teams to define integration strategies and lead joint product planning sessions.
  • Translate customer and stakeholder needs into prioritized product requirements.
  • Partner with business development teams to align on integration priorities and progress.
  • Utilize tools like Aha! and Jira to manage product backlogs and oversee Agile delivery processes.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure clear requirements, seamless development, and adherence to best practices.
  • Prepare business cases for new initiatives, releases, and major features.
  • Lead products through the go-to-market process in partnership with program management and marketing teams.
  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and pricing strategies in collaboration with sales readiness teams.
  • Oversee deployment of integration adapters across global datacenters in line with international expansion goals.
  • Monitor competitor offerings to ensure differentiation and maintain market leadership.
  • Provide expertise to support sales engagements, customer presentations, and industry events.

  • Proven expertise in CRM/CSM platforms.
  • Successful track record in delivering innovative software solutions.
  • Experience managing product lifecycles in cloud software environments.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering fields.

Education Requirements Credential Category

Advanced degree in business or a related field is highly desirable. Product management credentials are required.

Experience Requirements

5+ years of experience in cloud software product management, including 2+ years in Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS).
