Skills
Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is a plus.
7+ years in Product Management, with experience as a Product Owner writing PRDs, user stories, and managing backlogs.
Deep understanding of API technologies and SaaS frameworks.
Hands-on experience launching developer portals and API products.
Proficiency in REST, GraphQL, JSON, SOAP, and related technologies.
Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams to shape technical solutions.
Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience in system architecture and evaluating technical trade-offs.
Background in the payments industry is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with compliance standards like PCI, CCPA, or HIPAA is beneficial.
Responsibilities
Manage product lifecycle from inception to retirement, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps to ensure stakeholder buy-in and alignment with strategic priorities.
Prioritize backlogs, maintaining a well-structured backlog with actionable user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
Craft comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to enable engineering and design teams to execute effectively.
Track and report performance by measuring product success using key metrics and providing regular updates to leadership.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and document scalable, user-friendly APIs.
Partner with marketing teams to create compelling product messaging and go-to-market strategies.
Ensure all products meet industry regulations like PCI, CCPA, and HIPAA.
Stay ahead of trends by monitoring the payments industry to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Conduct competitive analysis and translate insights into innovative product strategies.
Work with UX/UI teams to ensure product interfaces are intuitive and seamless.

7+ years of experience in Product Management.
Proven ability to write PRDs, user stories, and manage backlogs.
Strong understanding of API technologies and SaaS frameworks.
