Skills

• 8+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise partner platforms or software products as a Product Manager
• Hands-on experience with PRM tools, including partner onboarding, enablement/training, engagement, adoption, and analytics
• Expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects
• Strong knowledge of data structures, migration, and management
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives involving sales, enablement, operations, finance, customer service, and technology teams
• Excellent leadership, storytelling, and communication skills
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency to deliver quality solutions
• Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate execution plans, proactively identifying risks and ensuring collaboration across teams
• Work closely with go-to-market teams to develop and execute strategies for sales technology solutions
• Define and prioritize product requirements and user stories based on customer needs
• Engage and influence senior leadership to align product vision with business objectives
• Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party tools
• Oversee partner onboarding, training, engagement, and incentive compensation within PRM tools
• Utilize Agile methodologies to drive product development and innovation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in enterprise partner platforms or software products
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in an Agile environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
